Two TURTLE-PAC ROLLDRUMS each containing 500 Lt (132 Gall) fit comfortably onto the tray of a 1 Ton Ute with some space left over. ROLLDRUMS can be filled on the truck and secured using the tough tie-downs incorporated into the design.

Then at your destination simply roll them off onto soft ground or use an old tyre as a cushion over concrete. ROLLDRUMS can then be rolled to where they are needed as the have an anti abrasion cover which protects the tank body. Each ROLLDRUM is fitted with one 38mm (1.5") filler/outlet. Empty tanks take up hardly any space and leave the vehicle's cargo area free to carry other goods NOT empty rigid containers. A full ROLLDRUM will also fit onto a pallet for loading by forklift.

Fourteen (14) full ROLLDRUM 500's will fit into a 20 foot shipping container. ROLLDRUMS can be floated and towed on water providing an airspace is left for buoyancy. Resupply remote islands or beaches.

On the Solomon Islands, instead of using steel drums, 12x1000Lt (264 Gal) CUSHION TANKS have supplied 80 logging operation machines with diesel, per day, for 2 years. The tanks paid for themselves in the first 6 days of operation. The cost of fuel supply was reduced and the trucks are able to cart logs as well as the folded tanks on the return trip to port.

Fuel contamination was reduced to near zero resulting in less down time for heavy machinery. There are no longer empty metal drums left in the jungle to cause environmental damage. Similar opportunities exist for others in logging, farming, mining operations and civil engineering projects. CUSHION TANKS are often customised to the clients requirements. Tanks can be single skin or inner/outer tank construction for water, fuels, chemicals and waste liquids. Double skin tanks will perform in tough environments.
